Tammy Ledwith
Staff Accountant

Tammy has been with CHVL since July of 2013 and is the first person to greet you when you walk through our doors.

Tammy is responsible for daily money management for our several of our high-net-worth clients and companies located all across the United States. During tax season Tammy assists the partners with tax return preparation and organization of client’s tax records.

Prior to joining CHVL, Tammy was a payroll analyst with Liberty Travel. In that role she was responsible for federal and state tax filings.

Tammy resides in Kinnelon, NJ with her husband.


Denise Hatch
Staff Accountant

Denise has been a part of the Cronin, Hanley & Van Zile LLC team since 2012. Denise handles the daily money management activities, and QuickBooks and Quicken reconciliation, for high-net-worth individuals and small businesses.
She previously worked as a Program Analyst for the Dept. of the Army. She is very involved with her church community, and the Kinnelon school system, having served on the Kinnelon Board of Education for 6 years.

A Buffalo native, Denise graduated from Canisius College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.


Colleen Lazarus
Staff Accountant

Colleen Lazarus joined the CHVL team in the spring of 2018. Along with assisting the partners with providing tax preparation, Colleen manages the QuickBooks reconciliations and daily financial activities for several small businesses.

Previously, Colleen was employed as an Investigative Research Specialist in the Department of Justice. In the detailed oriented position, Colleen worked on high profile cases with Special Agents and US District Attorneys to help bring cases to trial and conviction.

Colleen received her bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from the State University of New York at Oneonta.

Beth Ann Owens
Office Manager

Beth Ann Owens joined CHVL as office manager in February 2022. Prior to joining CHVL, Beth Ann worked as a dental hygienist for 10 years. As her family grew, she has four children, Beth Ann shifted gears to become the household manager wearing a variety of different hats, including, chef, referee, chauffeur, laundry maintenance, just to name a few. Somehow during those years, she found time to serve six years on her home association board of governors and volunteer one day a week in the elementary school media center. Now that the youngest is a senior in high school, Beth Ann was ready to enter the work force once again. Beth Ann brings her organizational skills to the CHVL office to help it run smoothly.
